How we work

Progress is measured by output,
not by assurances.

Every project has a single project manager. Every stage has a written deliverable, and we do not move to the next stage before that deliverable is handed over.

The stages

Seven stages, seven deliverables.

The flow below is the same on every project; only the duration of each stage changes. A stage does not begin until the previous deliverable has been handed over.

Current state assessment, site survey, stakeholder interviews.

Why ONGSEC

Eight concrete differences.

These are not slogans; they are auditable commitments written into our contracts and our way of working.

  • 01

    End-to-end delivery

From feasibility to construction, from deployment to operation and training, every stage runs with one partner. The burden of inter-discipline coordination is lifted off the organisation.

  • 02

    Multi-disciplinary team

Systems, network, electrical, mechanical, security and software in the same project, around the same table. No work stalls waiting on another discipline.

  • 03

    Domestic and independent

An Ankara-based company established in Türkiye. Where the data sits and who provides support are never in doubt.

  • 04

    Vendor-neutral

Recommendations are shaped by technical requirement, not by commercial partnership. A comparative evaluation is always provided.

  • 05

    Our own products

MonPulse, PASI and Forensica — domestic platforms we contribute R&D to. Direct access to the source when customising.

  • 06

    Documented discipline

A written output at every stage: design document, test protocol, as-built package, audit evidence. Traceable records instead of verbal agreement.

  • 07

    Respect for confidentiality

Client names, project scope and technical data are never shared without written consent — marketing material included.

  • 08

    Lasting capability transfer

The goal is that your own team can operate the system when the project ends; creating dependency is not our business model.

Governance and communication

What keeps a project on track
is rhythm, not goodwill.

Most projects slip for communication reasons rather than technical ones. That is why we write the governance rules down at the start.

A single point of contact

Every project has an assigned project manager and a named backup contact. You reach every discipline through that one person.

Regular reporting

Weekly progress report, fortnightly status meeting. The report format is agreed together at the kick-off.

An open risk register

The risk and issue register is shared without filtering; each item has an owner, an impact and a target date.

Change control

Every change request goes through impact analysis, approval and recording. Scope does not grow quietly.

Escalation matrix

Who steps in, and within what time, is written down in advance; direct executive access is defined.

Closure and lessons

A closure meeting is held, lessons learned are recorded, and they become the input for the next engagement.

Quality and confidentiality commitments

Our values are not decorative sentences; they are commitments written into the contract and the workflow.

  • Work under an NDA, with project data processed in a segregated environment
  • Team members access only what they need (need-to-know principle)
  • Secure destruction of test and audit data at the end of the project
  • Full compliance with health and safety rules on site
  • Compliance with the client’s own security and access procedures
  • Transparent declaration of any subcontractor use, subject to approval

Engagement models

  • Fixed-scope project
Defined scope with fixed deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Time and materials
For consultancy and work with flexible scope.
  • Subscription
Monthly or annual, for SOC, monitoring and managed product services.
  • On-site resource
Full- or part-time specialist assigned at your location.
  • Framework agreement
An annual quota of services, activated quickly when needed.

The first meeting is a discovery session, not a sales pitch. You are also welcome to evaluate our capability directly through a short pilot or proof of concept (PoC) in your own environment.
