ONGSEC is an Ankara-based, multi-disciplinary engineering firm with more than a quarter century of experience in information technology, critical infrastructure and cyber security. Below you will find what we exist for, what we decide by, and what we can prove.
Why we exist
To keep our clients’ critical infrastructure standing under a single line of responsibility — from design to operation, from security to compliance. To remove the time and risk lost in the gaps between disciplines, and to produce written, auditable output at every stage.
To be the first engineering firm consulted in Türkiye on critical infrastructure and cyber security; to reduce external dependency in this field through the domestic products we build; and to transfer our knowledge to clients, leaving capability rather than dependency.
Our story
ONGSEC was founded in Ankara to bring more than a quarter century of field experience in information technology and critical infrastructure under one roof. The founding idea rested on a simple observation: where organisations lose the most time and money is not the technology itself but the gap between disciplines. Projects stretched and accountability dissolved while the electrical team waited on systems, and systems waited on security.
ONGSEC stands for Onion based Next Generation Security. We treat security not as the outermost shell but as the responsibility of every layer: we work across all six — site and facility, energy, network, systems, compliance and people. You cannot protect one layer without seeing the next.
Today, with a twelve-person multi-disciplinary team, we deliver projects across twenty-seven service families for public institutions, the defence industry, financial institutions, industrial plants and private-sector companies. At the same time we build our own technology through the domestic products we contribute R&D to — MonPulse, FilePhantom, PASI and Forensica.

Every claim is tied to a measurement and every delivery to a document. Traceable records instead of verbal agreement.
What we recommend is determined by the client’s technical requirement, not by a commercial partnership.
Client names, project scope and technical data are never shared anywhere without written consent.
By the end of a project the client’s own team can run the system; creating dependency is not our business model.
Risks and delays are not hidden. Saying it early costs less than fixing it late.
We apply the requirements of the standards we advise on to our own processes first.
