Our training approach
The purpose of training is not for the participant to collect a certificate but for the organisation to become able to do the work itself.
Content is tailored to the organisation’s real infrastructure and risk profile. Nobody reads out a generic deck.
Every technical course runs a scenario-based lab; the participant does the work rather than watching it.
Pre- and post-training assessment tracks what was learned and documents who learned what.
Certificates, assessment results and training records are archived in a form usable in an audit.
One-off training does not work. Short refresher modules and a second campaign are planned.
The goal is not a certificate but the organisation becoming able to do the work itself.
ISO 27001, KVKK and BİGR audits expect documented proof that awareness training has taken place. We archive and hand over training records, certificates of attendance and assessment results in a form that can be used directly in an audit.
